Based on the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali.
A practical, embodied introduction to yoga as a complete path.
About the Course
Yoga is far more than physical postures. In this 4‑hour experiential mini course, we explore the Eight Stages (Limbs) of Yoga as presented by Patañjali — a timeless framework for living with greater clarity, balance, and inner awareness.
Through a blend of short talks, gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection, the Eight Stages are presented not as abstract philosophy, but as practical tools for modern life, both on and off the mat.
