Course Overview
This course is a guided experiential journey into presence, conscious connection, and the tantric practice of transfiguration — the art of perceiving oneself and others beyond body, identity and personality.
Through meditation, breath, eye gazing, embodied awareness practices, and carefully guided partner/group exercises, participants are invited into a space of deep presence, reverence, and expanded consciousness.
The course explores how attention, intention, and embodied awareness can transform the way we relate to ourselves, others, intimacy, and the human experience itself.
The experience is designed as a grounded, safe, and trauma-aware container emphasizing consent, personal choice, nervous-system awareness, and authentic connection.
